Online Report Tool now Available to all Providers/Suppliers
AdminaStar Federal Announces new Tool for all of its Contracts
AdminaStar Federal (ASF) has woven its core values into the very fabric of our day-to-day efforts. Our primary core value is …Customer First. With that in mind, ASF gathered members from every touch-point within our organization and developed an innovative tool that is designed to offer much needed information to the provider community.
Our constant interaction with the provider community shaped our efforts in deciding to create the online tool that offers billing error reports. This new tool has been through a Part A, Part B and Jurisdiction B DME MAC provider/supplier focus group and is designed to allow these stakeholders the ability to go online and see a monthly report with specific information about claims filed for the last 30-days.
Providers will be able to see the number of claims submitted; the percentage of clean claims filed; their specialty; their Peer Nonpayment Rate; Provider Nonpayment Rate; their percentage above or below their peer group; and the top ten reasons for nonpayment. This later feature will indicate claim count, ANSI Reason Codes, and the Reason Code Description (see examples below).

AdminaStar Federal now has this tool ready for distribution to Part A and Part B providers, as well as Region B DMERC suppliers. This Internet tool is accessible by going to:https://www.adminastar.com/Providers/ProviderReports/secure/enrollment.cfm and following the simple instructions on how to register and begin using this new report tool.
Once the online enrollment registration is complete, AdminaStar Federal will verify and validate the enrollment information. Passwords will be sent within 30-45 business days to all valid providers.
