The Provider Assistance telephone unit is a valuable but limited resource. Most information about a claim can be accessed through Claim Status Inquiry (CSI) or the Interactive Voice Response (IVR). These tools are the first stop for claim specific information.

Suppliers should make it a practice to consult the Supplier Manual and quarterly bulletins for policy and procedure information and utilize CSI and the IVR for claim information. AdminaStar Federal would like to make this section of our Web site another helpful device for suppliers. AdminaStar Federal will list Frequently Asked Questions from our Customer Service Unit in an effort to provide yet another education resource for suppliers.
